Labor - $150 per hour.
This is our overall fixed rate for any work done by Triclavian Tech Consulting. This does not include expenses.
EDR/Monitoring/Backup - $50 per month per endpoint.
This is our standard contract. This contract also includes a discount on any service request, lowering labor costs to $50 per hour. This only applies to endpoints and/or machines which are covered in the contract. If you choose not to purchase a contract for an endpoint all services for that endpoint will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
Retainer - $250 per 8 hours of work
This is only available to customers with a monthly contract. This is billed at the beginning of each month and guarantees up to 8 hours of work for that month. Hours not worked DO NOT roll over to the next month. This counts for any type of work during that month. Retainers must be done in blocks of 8 hours.
